I have pursued the act of running for twenty years. During that time I have had the opportunity to be coached, coach, train with, and race some amazing folks. The most important thing I've learned is that there is no universal method to training. Many runners can reach the same end goal from completely different methods. Whether you are training to run your first road 5k or your tenth trail 50 Miler, or if you just want to get into better shape, I can help create a diversified training plan that works the best for you. Running is fun, and my goal is to help you reach yours and enjoy doing it.
$100 for a Monthly Training Schedule Issued bi-weekly with consultation.
